Add to it this perfect, 3T, certified Disney Jean Jacket with Bo Peep and friends stitched across the jacket. My daughter shot up before she was able to get good use out of this but it is by no means short and at almost 45 inches we were able to put black bike shorts on under the dress and it was perfect for the parks and complimented her black boots!
